Affiliate Terms

1. Eligibility.

Anyone with a relevant platform (website, blog, social media channel, newsletter, etc.) may apply.

We reserve the right to reject any application or remove affiliates from the program at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure.

You earn a commission for each successful purchase made through your unique affiliate link.

Standard commission rate: 5 percent of the net order value (excluding VAT and shipping).

Commissions are approved once payment is received and the 14 day return period has passed.

3. Payouts.

Commissions are paid monthly, provided the total balance is at least €25.

Payments are made via SEPA bank transfer or Revolut (IBAN/SWIFT required).

Please ensure that your payment details are correct and up to date.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Tracking and Cookies.

Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links.

Our cookie duration is 30 days: if a visitor purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you receive the commission.

5. Prohibited Promotions.

You may not:

– Purchase ads using our brand name (e.g., in Google Ads or social ads) for your own benefit.

– Share or promote discount codes that are not officially provided by FreshMiners.

– Send spam through email or other channels.

6. Brand and Materials.

You may use approved banners, product images, and logos we provide.

All rights to our brand, logos, and product media remain with FreshMiners.

Misleading or incorrect representation of our brand, partners, or products is not allowed.

7. Termination.

You may leave the affiliate program at any time.

We reserve the right to deactivate your account without prior notice.

In cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms, any unpaid commissions may be withheld.

8. Liability.

FreshMiners is not responsible for indirect losses or missed earnings due to technical issues or tracking failures.

9. Confidentiality.

You agree to keep all non-public information related to FreshMiners, including pricing, customer data, and internal operations, strictly confidential unless required by law.

10. Inactive Accounts.

Affiliate accounts with no tracked sales for six consecutive months may be deactivated. You may request reactivation at any time.

11. Performance Bonuses.

Affiliates who generate a high volume of monthly referred sales may qualify for additional bonuses or an increased commission rate.

These bonuses are discretionary and not guaranteed.

12. Promotional Guidelines.

Affiliates must present FreshMiners honestly and in line with our brand identity.

Misleading claims or exaggerated promises are not allowed and may lead to account removal.

13. Changes to Terms.

We may update these terms at any time.

Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

14. Applicable Law.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the court in Amsterdam.

15. Acceptance.

By joining and participating in our affiliate program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
